Warranty Policy
We take pride in the quality of our repairs and the reliability of the parts we use. All repairs are backed by a limited warranty, with coverage details outlined below.
What’s Covered
- The specific part(s) we replaced
- Labor associated with the original repair
- Defects in materials or workmanship – only if there is no sign of damage after the repair
What Voids the Warranty
Our warranty does not cover the following under any circumstances:
- Any physical damage, including cracked glass, chips, dents, or bent frames – even if damage is minor or claimed to have occurred without impact
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage resulting from drops, pressure, misuse, or third-party repair attempts
- Issues not related to the original repair
- Opening or modifying the device after our repair
Important Notes
- Physical or liquid damage voids the warranty immediately, regardless of the cause
- If a covered part fails under normal use with no signs of damage or tampering, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge within the warranty period
- We reserve the right to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty after inspection
Customer-Provided Parts / Third-Party Parts Disclaimer
- We do not provide any warranty on parts provided by the customer or parts that are not sourced or approved by our shop.
- If you choose to supply your own parts or request the installation of parts from questionable or unknown sources, all risks are assumed by you.
- We will perform the installation to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee part quality, compatibility, or longevity.
- Any failure, damage, or issues caused by customer-provided or unapproved parts will not be covered under any warranty and may void warranties on related repairs.
- We strongly recommend purchasing parts directly through our shop to ensure quality and warranty coverage.
